Welcome to Dawemly (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Dawemly platform and website (dawemly.com), including its social media publishing features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Dawemly is a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) workforce management platform used by businesses to manage employee attendance, fingerprint check-in, payroll, and social media publishing. Business customers may connect their own social media accounts (including TikTok Business accounts) to schedule and publish their organizational content from the Dawemly dashboard.
You must be a business or an authorized representative of a business to use Dawemly. By using the service you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
When you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok) to Dawemly, you authorize us to publish content only to the accounts you have explicitly connected through the official OAuth authorization flow. You may disconnect any connected account at any time, which immediately revokes our access.
You agree to use Dawemly only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable platform policies, including TikTok's Community Guidelines. You are responsible for the content you publish through the platform.
All content you upload remains your property. Dawemly retains ownership of the platform, software, and branding.
Dawemly is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For any questions about these Terms, contact us at support@dawemly.com.
